Zumba is a very fun and energetic dance exercise that combines different styles of Latin dance, including samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. It also throws in some international flavor with hip-hop and Bollywood dance moves!
Join our certified Zumba instructor Glenda Martinez as she takes you to an unforgettable dance experience with Zumba Fitness and Zumba Toning.
Zumba Toning is every Monday, 7-8 PM.
Zumba Fitness is every Wednesday, 7-8 PM.
A well-loved style of dance all over the world, Jazz features a broad range of dance styles mainly identified through the "Jazz Hands", matched with kicks, leaps and sideways shuffling, and of course, upbeat Jazz music.
The class is designed for adults, but teens can join in on the fun too!
Jazz is every Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 - 9:00 PM.
Hip-Hop is street dance performed to energizing hip-hop music made popular by dance crews in the United States. Breaking, locking and popping are the main moves in hip-hop, matched with a "swagger" attitude.
Hip Hop for Kids (Beginners) is held every Friday,
6:00 -7:00 PM.
Hip Hop (Advanced) is every Friday, 7:00 - 8:00 PM.
Dance-pop is the kind of dance you see in modern day pop / bubble gum-pop / k-pop music videos. It is fashionable and the steps are easy to learn. It is both a group dance and an individual art. Dance in unison with your friends or learn the moves yourself and dance like a pro to all your favorite songs
This class is designed for kids aged 4 and up, but older teens and adults are also welcome to join in on the fun!
Kids Dance-pop is every Friday, 5:00 - 6:00 PM and Sunday, 12:30-1:30 PM.
Belly dancing is one of the oldest forms of dance and is a traditional, hallmark dance of middle-eastern cultures. It is a beautiful, and often sensual, art form that is not only a wonderful cultural experience but also a great way to get into shape. Focused on the movement of the hips, belly dancing will help strengthen core muscles and improve flexibility.
